Rude Customer Service

I was going to use this company out because I had heard good things but was so turned off by the rude and extremely poorly educated customer service that I was like no thanks. I had to tell them to quit emailing me about an issue with a print I was doing, the woman was almost harassing in intent to try and prove that she was right when she was talking about something she clearly knew nothing about. On time and as described

I bought a necklace and personalised mug for my girlfriend. The items came on time, and looked exactly like the mock up. This is my first experience with Printful, and I'm glad I chose them. I was going to try collage.com because of their better/cheaper deals, however I read too many bad reviews about delivery there. For the first experience, I am satisfied. I'll update if things change in the future.

Frustrating company

Site is easy to use and the design platform is really good, however the main problem is they don't say if there's a "Licensing issue" until the item is bought. The order gets placed on hold and you have to refund the buyer. Why would they not say this when you upload the design ? It's also super strict for licensing - stuff like Oreo's or bootleg style tee designs. I get it but it makes no sense why they would tell you they won't print your design as someone buys.

Easy, fast, and a great price.

My bowling team wanted some custom shirts. Our order was too small for the local shops, but it was no problem for Printful.com. Having never done this before, I was surprised how easy they made it. Uploading my design and adding personalized text to each shirt was effortless. I especially appreciate the instant feedback provided about my picture's resolution, as it told me exactly what needed to be done for my image to render correctly.

Printful is easy to use and integrates with bigger platforms. - The process of creating your product is simple. Adding your art to the template and sizing it to get it right takes a few minutes but then you are set and can use it over and over again. - You can add multiple stores from each platform in one shop. - Helpful customer service. - One thing I really don't like is the delivery partner Latvijas Pasts.
