I spent more than 250 GBP on multiple…

I spent more than 250 GBP on multiple orders of T-shirts with printful. And while some t-shirts arrived, the main delivery of 7 x items has been delayed in the post. It's been more than 4 working days since the latest date of expected arrival, and customer support advised me to "keep waiting a few more days.." Had i known they use Royal Mail as courier and not courier company, I'd have re-considered using you. Request for a refund has been met with "please wait a few more days.." Not great ...

New Printful experience

I started with Printful just over a month ago. It's easy to set up your store and integrate the products to your chosen platform. Customer service has been VERY helpful and courteous. The mockups are professional-grade and I received compliments on them. I am going to learn more about Marketing and study how to develop trending items that will keep Printful busy. I would rate the entire experience as positive.

A relief after the nightmare POD I had prior

I wish this company had phone but I can get on chat with people and never have issues. Every order is sent with tracking. All goes well. It isn’t the widest catalogue or anything special but it does what is is supposed to and I am never insulted by the staff. I love that you can link it to more shopping sales options like Squarespace and Etsy. Lots of the other PODs are only on Shopify-Shopify doesn’t have the best human-led customer service either for problems and it’s nice having other ...

I started with Printful several months ago. It's easy to set up your store and integrate the products to your chosen platform. Customer service has been VERY helpful and courteous. The mockups are professional-grade and I received compliments on them. I rate the entire experience as positive. (Note:::: I gave them back the 5-stars because the issue was not on them. There was a failure on the courier to provide an update. I finally heard from the customer and he told me he received the shirt)
