Refund was short $41
I made an order from Canada but it was far more expensive than I expected. 45 minutes later I cancelled it. I asked for a refund but I was shorted $41.51. Printful of course claimed exchange rate but I looked and from 4pm to 7pm the Canadian dollar was worth more. Why hasn't the Canadian exchange rate ever work in my favour when getting a refund? Dealing with Printful.com literally costed me around a $1 a minute.

Generally I love printful. However it's difficult to run a business when fulfillment locations change. I purchased a double side printed sweatshirt January 26 and was told delivery would be February 23. I assumed it was coming from NC, when it's coming from Latvia.

This was my first time using Printful and I was very pleased with the experience. The quality of the printing was good and less expensive than competitors that I have used for other projects. The process of creating and ordering was easy to follow.
