Emils A customer support was very attentive, and patient and spent a lot of time trouble shooting and helping me resolve my issue. Went above and beyond to make sure issue was resolved. Great support!!

One of the worst recruitment processes…
One of the worst recruitment processes I have ever experienced! After over a month of setting Interviews and hardly being responsive to my e-mails, I finally receive an e-mail from the recruitment team asking me to set a final call, after 3 Interviews and one written and recorded test. The recruiter didn't send me the link until 2 minutes past the set time of the call, and started the call as if it was an actual first Interview. Impossible to deal with them
Impossible to deal with them. Way too many shipping issues and they always find an excuse not to send a replacement or issue a refund even though the deadlines have long surpassed the date given, even when the label is the issue which they create. They will always find a way not to help. You are left with angry customers bashing your store because of the greed and incompetence of Printful. They are awful and I am now replacing all my prints. Trust me just don't do it.

Smoother Designing Capabilities
There are some features that I like but, for the most part, it could be more user-friendly. I think there could be shorter steps that would be less time-consuming to finish the product.
