Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I submitted an order on the 15th and paid $27 dollars to have it delivered by the 20-21st. It didn't ship till the 25th. After the 21st had come and gone i reached out to the twice and got an automated response. They would not give me an update on my order. Once the product arrived I tried to get a refund for the shipping and once again got replies that did not address my concern nor answer my question. each time I would get the same robotic response. Suspicious Activity?

I recently heard about Printful as an excellent company for someone looking to start their own brand. I made an account, created some sample items, and attempted to place an order. Within a few hours, I received an email stating that my order was put on hold for suspicious activity. I sent an email asking why and how can I resolve the issue. I'm absolutely happy with Printful's service. They are on the ball, never have an issue with accommodating reasonable requests and listen to feedback. They have great perks and even though products might be pricier than other POD services they offer a much better service in the end.

Printful is a great printing service. It's super easy to setup and add products. The print quality of their shirts and posters are top notch. It's Etsy integration works great.
