Laura K. was an amazing help! I am opening a store front this week and she has helped me tremendously- I have been using Printful for over a year now and I don't have a single complaint. Company mislabeled a shirt. No refund.
Company mislabeled a piece of merchandise and will not refund. Also the print is coming off due to poor print quality. Avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional. Customer service rep “Egija S.” was blunt, insincere and unprofessional.

Printful is excellent, and tech support is great.
I am using WordPress/WooCommerce/Printful for the website and online store for my friend RicharHuisa-Artist, and it is a truly excellent platform with excellent tools for building a WooCommerce online store. The fulfillment and shipping components are also excellent. Highly recomended!
