I have ordered a few different items as samples and have been pleased with the timeliness of fulfillment and delivery packaging. Highly recommend ordering samples before ordering in bulk to assure the materials meet quality expectations. So far printing has been quality and service has been good. Would like to see more variety in offered products and as with everything, the lower the price-point the more I can afford to order and resell. Not totally convinced the customer-direct order, ...

Easy to use and great quality products!
I have started using Printful to offer my customers more range of products without the hassle of making and storing them myself and I love it. I've made sure order samples of each product before I make it available in my shop and have been impressed with the quality and print of each sample! The ordering system works smoothly from my Squarespace site to Printful's fulfilment so I don't have to do any extra backend stuff. Very disappointed with Printful
I’ve never been treated worse in my life than by customer service at Printful who has been unwilling to say the least about helping me solve a technical issue where orders from Shopify will just no longer automatically fulfill on Printful. I had to close my Shopify store because printful just wouldn’t help me solve their issue. Shopify on the other hand has been great and kind and helpful And they have tried talking to Printful as well. But nothing seems to work and I am left having to ...
