Customer Service is BAD VERY BAD
I’ve read multiple reviews just like mine. I tried to order some samples from the Printful dashboard. They put it on hold saying I need to provide a bank statement for my billing method. Thinking it could be a scam i cancelled the order. I wanted to make sure that my customers did not need to provide a bank statement just to place orders so I put an order through my website via Squarespace.
