Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, unreliable for ecommerce EDIT: After the company followed up, I wish I could give them zero stars. Why even follow up with me when it's just to tell me what I've already been told? Pathetic.

Customer Support Rude and Unhelpf
Was provided a code for a 15% discount because my order was over $400 but there was no where to input the code. I contacted Customer Support several times to get a $60 credit and basically told to "f off" by Customer Support Wizard Naudin. They make promises and take your money with no care or genuine attempt to resolve Customer complaints.

Avoid this company for your e-com business.
The company had a system error which deleted my listing from an online shopping platform. The error made it irretrievable. The listing and sales history associated with it is gone. Upon contacting their support team they referred me to a forum post. No help was offered. Very bad service, given that their system error brought financial loss to my business.
