Awful experience
Awful experience. Decided to order some samples of our designs through printful, before making them available for customers to purchase. Each item of clothing had the designs printed or embroidered off extremely off-centre and wonky. If one of our customers had received them in this condition it would have been instantly brand damaging, which for a small company would have affected us in a massively negative way. a track suit i ordered but never received [windbreaker +track pants] reached out about the items not being delivered they said basically it wasn’t their issue. that’s not good being I spent $120+ on that order & couldn’t get my money back & I’ve been using Printful for a couple years now…
