DO NOT USE! Customer service is the worst.
I ordered a sample hat and it turned out great. Then I ordered 30 hats. 17 of them came in with crooked stitching and/or offset bills. Since this was obviously a quality issue, I didn't think there would be a question, but I went round and round with customer service and spent hours trying to get them to refund those hats. After a ton of back and forth, they finally offered me a "one time credit of $150." By this time they had wasted so much of my time that I told them that I was asking for ...

Printful seems to be anti LGBt
Printful seems to be biased against the LGBT community by banning some organizations from using their platform. Ostensibly, Printful’s reasoning is that they don’t like groups against pedophilia. Make your own decisions.

Free Ghislaine Maxwell
I orderered loads of Printfull merch for my Free Ghislaine Maxwell campaign, support staff were so helpful. Ghislaine is over the moon with her "Free Ghislaine" hat , my 13 yr old daughter had to smuggle it in in her Barbie pouch. Thanks Printful - FREE GHISLAINE!

Website is very difficult to manage and…
Website is very difficult to manage and could not hook up with Etsy store. Found another website that would work easier and keeps themselves out of politics. These reviews are disappointing. To have a company in 2022 not support LGBTQ community is highly distasteful.
