Printful doesn't care about its customers. I spent over £1,000 on an order for some items for a photoshoot. They offered free shipping as I had spent so much, but the free option had a risk it would not arrive in time for the photoshoot, so, I paid for an upgrade (and received no discount). Edit: The service I upgraded to was classed as premium. But the courier classes it as an 'economy' service. They stated one of the reasons why they didn't take any positive action with my parcel when ...

Integrating with my TikTok store was really easy however it took a while for me to realise how to work this site having multiple notifications to tell me after I created a Product that I couldn't add it to my store because I hadn't created a new product. Basically the prices did not match the product price format or something. Anyway, I figured it out and we're all good now!

It was easy to merge Shopify and printful together and I have had no issues at all so far. Very easy transition for the products to Shopify as well. Helps me and my business run easier.

Printful has gone downhill significantly

I ordered some merch for my company to see if Printfuls quality was still good, before placing a larger order. The embroidered hat came out fine. That's the end of the good. The hoodie I ordered was awful. Misprint that should have never passed quality control and yet somehow it was sent out with ghosting on some parts and ink missing from design on other parts. Printful offered to reship, and I still have not received anything and the tracking number says FedEx hasn't received the ...
