I love using Printful

I absolute love everything about using Printful.com to run and operate my business. From customer service to the different options your given when designing Items to later sale, has been a great great experience and very helpful. The only thing I would possibly change is that the option to remove the background out of certain uploaded files when designing a Item. Other than that I have been very pleased with my experience using Printful.com and I highly recommend.

Poor Quality, worse service

Decent tools. Poor quality. Worse Customer service. The garments i’ve had printed with them have all had the inks peel and crumble away. YES. Proper care instructions were followed. Inside out, cold wash, gentle detergent, never machine dried. I made one complaint after i had sample order lose ink within a month. They sent a replacement. Same deal happened. I finally decided to write a product review on their website and now i’m being bombarded with questions essentially arguing that ...

Printful is a great print on demand service/website. They have a cornucopia of products to choose from and while it might not be best choice for each and every item, the one thing i have experienced that's constant is the quality. Greatly recommended.
