Refuse to publish negative reviews on their web site
My t-shirt sample was missing segments of the print that appeared clearly in the same sample from competitors. Also, option to remove background didn't work correctly resulting in stray marks from the background appearing in the print that were not visible in the image I uploaded. Printful offered me the chance to review and I complained about those problems, but they refused to print my review until I removed mention of the print quality because they claimed "we would like the product ...

One app was somewhat difficult and I wish I had voice support
One app was somewhat difficult. I wish I could have called in support and not have a person that could not speak English on the other side to help me through the experience I ultimately abandoned due to time. I know it is difficult, but to have voice support would have made the experience five stars.
