There isn't much to complain about with…
There isn't much to complain about with this company. I've been very happy with the products I've received from them, and my customers are happy as well. The only thing I would change would be to have all products sourced from the US, sometimes they are sourced in Europe and can take 3-4 weeks to ship. I've only had one unhappy customer so far and the customer service team was easy to get ahold of and they were very helpful. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone

I've been using Printful since 2020…
I've been using Printful since 2020 when I started my small business, and have only got great experience with them. They go out of their way to help me whenever I need their assistance and have only ever been kind. Out of the 2000+ orders I placed there was only one misprint which, when I informed them of this, they instantly reprinted for free. They're genuinely great, dispatch is quick, customer service brilliant. I'll be working with them for a long time to come I think.

Go with Printify. Avoid
I have been using these folks for a couple years now. And no longer. After waiting ten days for an order to be processed and customer becoming very irate, leaving negative feedback when I have 100 percent positive feedback for nearly twenty years, I'm done. I have never had these kinds of delays with Printify. Customer service is slow to get back with you, sometimes it takes days. This place seems to be ran by bots.
