The customer service sucks and is inefficient
The customer service piece of this company sucks. When trying to add the consumer into the email so they could explain what happened with the product. The company keeps taking the consumer out of the email. And then asking me if the customer washed the product properly.. or what the customer did… i have no idea since i am not the customer.
