Previous vendors only offered outdated, tedious processes of back and forth emails and drop shipping as an only option. Printfection not only offers quality items, they also go way beyond the average vendor via their integrated platform of inventory selection, storage, campaign types and even offer analytics. What do you like best about Printfection? The user experience and interface are effortless to use. Adding additional team members is a breeze, and it's easy to separate department finances in the platform. I also love the landing pages you can create to provide gift options to recipients.

What do you like best about Printfection? I like the ease of setting up Giveaway campaigns to ship domestically and internationally. It takes the lift off our team to add everyone's address. I also like how Printfection sends confirmation emails, and which stage the swag is currently at, so everyone is always aware of when to expect their package.

We want to raise awareness of the brand, and supply our partners with on-brand, high-quality swag, but we have limited space for storage, and shipping products out after waiting for them to ship to us can take a long time. Printfection is nice because they store everything for us, manufacture it in-house, and then ship it directly to our partners.

As far as the platform, the reporting is great- whether it's inventory in stock or accounting reports. It is easy to order and get samples to 'try before you buy'.
