What do you like best about Printfection? They have a wide array of products. Their customer team is always very responsive and engaging, which is very helpful. We have a wide range of needs - student alumni, employees, instructor swag, plus many different geos - so we find that the product + price + distribution costs are very reasonable.

Printfection helps us order swag with our company logo on it, stores the items for us, and makes it extremely easy to then send an order to a member of the team or to a client. The ease of using their site is incredible! We use Printfection items to send to our employees as birthday gifts and then we also order an item every year that we can add our logo to that can be sent out to our clients as holiday gifts. What do you like best about Printfection? Printfection makes it easy to order and distribute branded swag. I love that we can build a "store front" that clients and internal employees can shop from to choose an item they like (instead of one we choose for them).

What do you like best about Printfection? Their customer service is next to none. Biba is always so responsive and is such a joy to work with. She has great ideas and is willing to jump on Zoom calls when needed.

What do you like best about Printfection? I really appreciate the proactive communication that Printfection provides. From the beginning, all of my questions have been answered, and response times have been within an hour or two. The products are good quality, and they are open to working with clients on pricing. I also appreciate that I am able to customize the packaging and even the packing slips to include our company branding. Once you learn the system, it is pretty user-friendly.

What do you like best about Printfection? The people are what makes Printfection such a worthwhile service. The swag management side is really solid, but the customer support team that helps us with our issues is by far what makes it stand out. Every person we talk to is friendly and helpful and our CSM is amazing.
