"Great sales and onboarding process"

What do you like best about Printfection? After a lengthy vetting process for a swag vendor, we chose Printfection because of its platform, robust features, and team. Kyle from sales answered all of our questions, was super responsive over email, and we never felt we had to chase him. We are located outside of the US and Kyle understood the importance of speaking to another customer to allay our concerns about shipping costs. The reference was glowing.

What do you like best about Printfection? I like the portal and I also like sending unique links to survey winners/attendees. It's so clean and easy to use. I also like that once the link is sent I can step out of the process and the recipient can take over from there.

What do you like best about Printfection? My account executive worked with me on a one-on-one zoom call to make sure all my needs were meant. We were trying to make a custom book for our new hires and they looked at every option for us to make this happen. We didn't end up going with the book, but we order several other products that we put together in a bundle. They are easy to give out to our employees and they ship internatl.

What do you like best about Printfection? The reps and staff are the best! They are friendly, on the ball, super responsive and they provide a lot of support. I never have to worry that my request will get missed or dropped for any reason. As someone who also provides a lot of customer support - I appreciate the effort!
