What do you like best about Printfection? Katelin, Kat, and then entire Printfection team are always prompt! I can send an email today, and know that somone from the team will get back to me within the day or following day. Quality of products are always top tier, customer service is beyond amazing, and Katelin is always willing to hop on a call if I do not know how to do something.

What do you like best about Printfection? I no longer have to ship for all events. This has saved me so much time to focus on other things and has also saved the company time and money when it comes to shipping. Not having to deal with customs anymore for international shipments is fantastic!

What do you like best about Printfection? Printfection's product and CS team is outstanding. They are able to source high-end product quickly. The UI is self serve so there is none of the back and forth experienced with other swag companies. They produce, store and ship items while providing easy links to send to prospects and team members alike. Their new Alyce integration is amazing.

What do you like best about Printfection? I love the ability to set up campaigns for prospects, clients, and/or employees to choose their own item(s) and have it directly shipped to them. No hassle in collecting sizes, addresses, etc.

What do you like best about Printfection? Having a dedicated CSM to ask questions of is very helpful and they are always quite responsive. Also the ability to ask for basically any product to be sourced is nice, though I'm sure that's almost always the case. They are very responsive on that front as well.
