What is PrinterOn?

PrinterOn provides mobile and guest printing — letting visitors, students or customers print from their own phones and laptops to managed printers without joining the corporate network or installing drivers. Jobs can be submitted by email, web upload or app and released securely at the device. It is widely used in libraries, universities, hotels and public access environments, where the printing population is transient by definition and conventional print management assumptions do not hold. PrinterOn is owned by Ricoh.
