Great support for a useful communication tool
What do you like best? The platform is very easy to navigate and the design is intuitive. Ability to segment our customers (contacts and send targeted emails is another great feature of the platform. Good expedrience with Prezly
What do you like best? I like the emailing campaigns and how easy it is to put these together and send them. The reports that come through immediately after sending helps to smonitor how many ahve been delivered. The fact that Ican also track who has opened and how many times helps me follow up and even convince the person further to use the content. What do you like best? I love using Prezly, for the most part, it's extremely efficient and easy to use. There is a new room that allows you to stay up to date and great email features all in one place. Communication is so important in today's day and age and Prezly promotes good communication tools! Especially Love NewsRoom
What do you like best? I Love the NewsRoom feature where I can arrange all of my news in an aesthetically pleasing manner. What do you dislike? I think the email feature could be slightly updated, but other than it's fine. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Prezly does what is promises. Our releases are easy to create, modify from multiple platforms (mostly, and I'm able to quickly dash-out a press release in minutes. Well worth the price and our news page looks as good as most any I've seen -- even compared to the "big boys." What do you dislike? A good press app
What do you like best? The best thing about prezly is its good website and cheap use. Incredible experience and good support if you have any problem. What do you dislike? Sometimes the website goes a bit slow and it gets attacked by hackers. The website has monthly maintenances What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
