one of the worst with no doubt...
one of the worst with no doubt.... I spent three days just to change my password in their system, but I didn't manage because their system does not accept the same log in the password as my current password!!!!!!!! Then I tried to contact them, they just have one number to be used in all countries, that will add high cost to others. Avoid Prestashop!!
I sent this to prestashop earlier, and I advice others to avoid this company. They are not serious!!I just want you to know that I consider using your plattform for my Wholesale companys B2B Webshop, but after that I have called you FOUR times today, twice I have spoken to representives of Prestashop, both have insured me that they will send me an email with anwers and last time so I could send my questions over email.
