Un disastro. Si blocca spesso, di notte è lentissimo. Impossibile lavorare perchè si perde un sacco di tempo aspettando che risolvano i loro problemi.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The only good aspect about it is that it's free, because I would never pay even a dime for it. Not easy to use

I thought this would be nice and simple, but after almost a week, I have had to get my hosting company to reset everything so I can start all over again.It comes with a very basic theme (default-bootstrap, which can't have many changes made to it. For example, you can't have a main picture with some more images underneath. Bad problem response

I brought 1 addon with another 1 offer addon discount. They cut my money but I cannot download my purchased. It show error message in the order history. The addon owner help me alot to source out this problem better than presta staff themselves. Customer service is a disaster. No one will never respond to your support requests for items you bought. You can spend money on their plugins / themes very quickly but if your shop have some problems you will NOT get any support!.Item you bought doesn't work? No problem! There's no support and no money refund as well.!All plugins like PayPal checkout are PAID but it should be free of charge. What do you like best? Easy to set up. You could go on-line in just a half day. What do you dislike? You must pay for simple addons. The templetes often are the same and expensives.
