la market place de module est une honte passez votre chemin.
Le logiciel ecommerce est bien, par contre c'est la plateforme de vente de module etr surtout son service client qui est nul, inexistant.J'ai acheté 2 modules qui bug dont qui a carrément fait péter la base de donnée mysql et personne ne veut me rembourser.Bref la market place de module est une honte passez votre chemin.

Des bugs à répétition et un service client de mauvaise foie !
Je m'étonne de voir d'autres avis récents indiquant la présence de bugs à répétition ainsi qu'un service client plus que limite... étonnant quand vous avez des problèmes avec eux depuis des mois, que votre site plante sans arrêt, que le service est largué et met des jours à trouver des solutions, et qu'après ils viennent vous dire "je ne vois pas où est le problème, tout le monde est content de nous, les bugs ne sont que chez vous...". Completely unnecessarily complicated as adminstrator
Prestashop is a modern and nice looking side for the customer. But completely unnecessarily complicated to serve as an administrator. Two years ago, I switched from an old OS Comerce shop, whose lack was primarily that it was not mobile-friendly. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Ideal software for medium businesses, with turnover of maximum 5 M euros. What do you like best? Gestion des commandes, gestion du catalogue très complet et possibilité d'ajouter des modules. Grande communauté. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Has good amount of themes to work with with customization options. Simple and easy to use at first but can be complicated for less technical people.
