Beware of scammers!

For a month I have been trying to get them to return money for non-working modules! They post modules on their website addons.prestashop.com/ that are not working. When you apply to them for a refund, they waste time and do not return the money. I advise you to be very careful with these scammers. I have already lost hope, I will probably write a statement to interpol, on the fact of fraud!

Excellent overall experience

I've been relying on PrestaShop for many years and my overall experience is excellent. That said, you have to be aware that PrestaShop is an ever-evolving open-source platform. You may encounter issues here and there but there is a strong community to help you deal with them.

Avoid Prestashop like the plague!

I thought I'll give Prestashop the benefit of the doubt and after my previous negative experience, where I lost over 70 Euros, I purchased another module from the Prestashop addons marketplace. The result is the same. The module doesn't work and the developer, as the one before, is totally unhelpful. This one is also asking for FTP and Back office access, even though their module is clearly broken and they can easily reproduce the issue if they tried. Prestashop marketplace is the best ...

Each System has ups and downs, but I have been from a long time so satisfied with a customer service offered by a team like teh one of Prestashop.
