Horroroso, inestable, lleno de bugs y continuos errores 500 (no importa la configuración que le pongas. Cuando tenga que actualizar la tienda iré directamente a Woocomerce.Por cierto, addons mal programados y sin derecho a devolución.Una auténtica basura.

J'ai payé pour une migration depuis 8…
J'ai payé pour une migration depuis 8 mois, presque 700 euro. On me répond que c'est à moi de tout faire, tout paramétrer. A ce jour j'ai une boutique en linge qui ne fonctionne pas et tout les jours je perds de l'argent car il ne fonctionne pas. Je pense qu'on nous prend pour des guignoles. Je souhaite réunir toute les personnes qui ont un problème de se joindre à moi pour une mesure de remboursement et faire en sorte qu'on dépose une plainte contre PrestaShop

service après vente déplorable,j'ai acheté une option zen pour assurer un suivit d'un module plusieurs mois après le module acheté. Je l'ai payé plein tarif ayant les informations de protection pour un an, sauf que 4 mois après l'option s'expire et le service m'explique que cela dépend de la date d'achat du module et pas de l'achat de la protection zen.Même pas un prorata en fonction du besoin pour repartir sur une nouvelle année plein tarif, de plus une foie que "Montassar" qui apparemment ...
