If you let a face to face interview be the initial part of your hiring process, think about the time spent interviewing every candidate that comes across. "Versatile tool for use throughout the employee life cycle"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? We have a huge seasonal workforce we needed a tool that would not charge us per assessment but rather an annual fee. We have incorporated it into our online application so every applicant has the opportunity to complete it. This is a tool that can be used in many ways throughout an employee's career.
