What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The scorecards. They have been really helpful while developing our leaders. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? When logging on to our PI website, it takes a really long time. Might be on our end. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using the PI to help in our hiring decisions which has lead to better hires and retention.
