What do you like best about The Predictive Index? It was short and relatively easy to complete What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? It looks like a Facebook quiz, and collects very little information about you. What do you like best? I like the insights that factor combinations can give you and the ability to compare profiles to a standard. What do you dislike? Nothing so far it's a great tool, i really enjoy using it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we are working on team building and hope to use it in the future for leadership development and people selection.
