"Predictive Index- A Wonderful Tool"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? Predictive Index (PI) has been a true asset to our organization. PI aids in assessing candidates and matching them to our open requisitions as well as identifying and developing leaders within the company. I have had opportunity to use this tool in aiding communication and interpersonal awareness with our leadership teams. PI's updates have been very useful and even fun to work with. What do you like best? Newly released platform, Crescendo, makes teaming easier. What do you dislike? Some functionality is not fully developed. Recommendations to others considering the product: This will pay for itself by saving you from bad hires. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love the job assessments... gotta know what you want BEFORE you hire someone otherwise you are setting the new hire up for failure.
