What do you like best? I think my title says it all, its a wonderful behavioral approach to understanding each applicant and employee on a behavioral scale. What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I think the biggest obstacle that I face is finding a wide variety of salespeople to handle the differing personalities of the clients we work with. "Understanding how to interact with employees is great!"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? As a manager PI allows me to get a feel for new candidates as well as understand how my current employees best process information. This makes the management process better for myself and for my direct reports. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?
