"Best Assessment System Ever!"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I really like the science behind PI. It is oddly accurate and focuses on workplace behaviors that matter. As a recruiter I want my candidates to not spend that much time taking it and it only takes about 20 minutes if that to complete. You get the results instantly as well and gives you a really great deep dive into a person and how the bend in the work place and make decisions. What do you like best? I love the PI's ease of use. From the moment someone takes it to the report that is sent, it's easy to interpret and utilize. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We love how easy Predictive Index makes it for us to evaluate what use to be very subjective attributes of candidates through a fair and quantitative assessment. What do you like best about The Predictive Index? Predictive Index gives insight that would otherwise take weeks to "see". I enjoy putting teams together to show how they can more effectively work together. Once employees know how to work together they can get right to it. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?
