"PI has greatly enhanced the success of our recruiting program"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? We have been utilizing PI throughout the org with both candidates as part of our recruiting process, as well as with existing associates and teams to enhance communication and team success. We use the Job Target functionality for specific job titles to show the alignments between candidate and associate profiles and the Job Target profile. Our interviewers have found the PI Interview Guide tool to be super helpful to provide specific ...

"PI & Recruiting"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I really enjoy the fact that PI is now used for our recruitment process and the behavioral report & interview guide are provided to hiring managers to assess questions and any potential red flags. In terms of using PI from a company perspective, we are starting to utilize the other features that will help with communication from a team standpoint - particularly among those who might have trouble "reading" others or have had difficulty ...

"A game changer for our hiring process"

What do you like best? We love how easy Predictive Index makes it for us to evaluate what use to be very subjective attributes of candidates through a fair and quantitative assessment. What do you dislike? Training and messaging around Predictively index, how you’re using it, and it’s value is incredibly important. PI does a great job with this, but it’s valuable to follow the process so you don’t break trust with any employees or prospects. What problems are you solving with the product? ...
