What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The PI is very user-friendly! I like that you can create an assessment for a position you're filling and have it sent out to candidates to complete. It only takes maybe 5 minutes to complete! What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? It would be nice to see the system archive old or duplicate assessments on its own.
