The best part is the ability to understand the behavioral traits and communication preferences of our current employees to improve company culture and motivation. What do you like best about The Predictive Index? Being able to assess employee relationships as well as employee-manager relationships and communications is proving to be invaluable! What do you like best about The Predictive Index? We've utilized PI to help managers better connect with their new hires. Not everyone works in the same way, so breaking down someone's behavioral pattern has been extremely helpful during coaching meetings. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? "Program assessment"
What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like how it breaks out the personalities. It shows you what the individuals respond to, their strengths and weaknesses. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I like the overall program. Some Coaching tips for each personality trait would be beneficial. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me see their skill sets and allows me to put them in the best possible situation for success.

"It is a really easy usable tool to understand your employees"
What do you like best about The Predictive Index? You can use the PI to see, if new employees fit into your team. This element is beneficial. Also, the PI helps to give your employees a plan to develope themselve. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? It would be best if you had training time by time to practice the interpretation of the PI results continuously. Those training could be online with AI or live.
