What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like how it breaks out the personalities. It shows you what the individuals respond to, their strengths and weaknesses. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I like the overall program. Some Coaching tips for each personality trait would be beneficial. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me see their skill sets and allows me to put them in the best possible situation for success.

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? You can use the PI to see, if new employees fit into your team. This element is beneficial. Also, the PI helps to give your employees a plan to develope themselve. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?
