"Surprisingly accurate"
What do you like best about The Predictive Index? In only a couple of minutes we can receive a very accurate summary of our main characteristics, and we can compare it with our colleagues'. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I couldn't think of something that I did not like. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? I can understand the way my colleagues work more, and find out ways to avoid possible conflicts.

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The fact that it helps recruitment and alerts us to details that could have been missed, for instance, in an interview. Not only does it have a long history with accurate results, but they're constantly adding new items to it to keep it fresh and exciting.
