"Overall a very helpful tool."

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The behavioral assessment and explanation videos. The built-in job descriptions when creating a new job are helpful. I like being able to send the created job to stakeholders as well. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like that it helps up confirm our own thoughts on a candidate What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I dislike disqualifying a candidate based only on the PI match. I wish they did more to show you that sometimes it's inaccurate What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? "Sure, it's "data driven", but it still feels like fluff to me"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like that users are able to answer questions about themselves and that all the questions are the same for everyone -- keeps things nice and standardized. However, it feels and reads a lot like a random personality test (chose the words that describe you!) than the data-driven, business-decision-making tool they advertise themselves as.
