"Sure, it's "data driven", but it still feels like fluff to me"

I like that users are able to answer questions about themselves and that all the questions are the same for everyone -- keeps things nice and standardized. However, it feels and reads a lot like a random personality test (chose the words that describe you!) than the data-driven, business-decision-making tool they advertise themselves as. Good luck figuring out how to generate an assessment link for a job that includes the cognitive test. Would it be the obvious link next to the job name that says copy? Nope. Totally wrong link.
