What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like the ability to raise self-awareness and to figure out how we can better ourselves. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I dislike how generalized some of the verbiage is and how a lot of them can be similar even on people with very different PIs. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? WHY people are reacting certain ways to situations and how to better train and understand our staff.

Reminding employees & candidates to complete the assessment. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? The relationships guide has been very helpful with conflict. Also, new teams have found quick success using the Team function.

I also like that there are suggested interview questions based on the candidates' responses and relative to the job match. What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The 1:1 relationship guide is a huge tool that we use to help pinpoint differences in communications between employees and departments. The auto-generated interview questions, especially those written towards candidates who's assessment falls outside of a target profile. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?
