They don't just focus on the hiring aspect, but the relationship aspect for creating good working relationships between co-workers as well as managers with employees. "Quick, Simple, Yet Ridiculously Intuitive"
What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The ease of use. Nothing was worse than welcoming a prospective employee, and then telling them, "Oh yeah, I'm gonna need you to complete this three-hour, intrusive psychological study of your inner workings".
