"Predictive Index: good to make an initial opinion on candidate fit"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like that we are able to see job fit based on the qualifications / ideal qualities of the candidate that would be good for the position. Also that it provides reports that you can share with the team internally on how to best use the candidates top qualities and how to best manage them / support they may need from the team What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like that it is quick and easy. My network office believes it is the most accurate depiction of a person. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? People will answer how they think the employer wants them to answer. The assessment is very easy to manipulate and can show different results depending on how candidates answer. Sometimes I cannot see the candidate's results and then need the administrator to log into PI to find them. If ...

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The "no cheating," foolproof results. Every candidate I've asked has been blown away by the accuracy of their results. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? I am no longer able to manage teams. Not sure what happened here. It worked in the past, and I have not requested changes to our account. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? Hires are happier and last longer.

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? This tool provides insights beyond what you may discover on your own. It doesn't replace using your brain, it adds x-ray vision to the screening process. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? Difficult question! PI is very well developed.
