"Great tool for gaining insight into how employees/candidates work"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I love that it doesn't take more than about 5 minutes to complete. The best aspect of it is that can give greater insights into how someone works and prioritizes their efforts. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? What do you like best about The Predictive Index? PI gives you lots of helpful data and resources to use your data. The platform makes it easy to understand the results and even has tools to help incorporate the results into your teams. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? "Somewhat Useful Tool"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? I like all the reporting options, they are very descriptive and I feel like I get a very in-depth view of the candidate's personality and character traits. "Can't imagine interviewing without it!"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? The accuracy and how easy it is to use is fantastic. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? Nothing. I find the accuracy is 99% correct. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? Tendencies. If someone will perform well. It's a fast-paced industry and we need to rely on PI to find the right individuals.

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? It helps to learn how to best manage your employees. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? Can't think of anything I don't like at this point. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? Take the guess work out of how to manage people; everyone works and responds differently; do I need to spoon-feed them, or just provide the goal and deadline and let them get the work done, etc.

"PI - An Essential HR Tool!"

What do you like best about The Predictive Index? PI is very easy to use from an HR perspective and for your managers and employees to understand. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index? Honestly - nothing. I think that it is a great tool. What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you? Placing people in jobs that they are most suited for. We have stronger retention rates and have helped develop managers to the next level.
