PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Constant product updates. Custom reports help me calculate the discounts and know how much money did we safe.

What do you like best about Precoro? The system is powerful and easy to use. You can add new items just by entering the product URL into Precoro. The support team also is very receptive to feedback, and any suggestions I give are always well-received.

"Excellent visibility with Precoro"
What do you like best about Precoro? There is excellent visibility into each step of the purchasing process (who submitted PR, who approved, when the delivery was received). I need to see and be knowledgeable on where we are with the budget. I can say that Precoro has increased visibility into spending. Being able to see information about each purchase order and track expenses is beneficial.

Amazing system
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Precoro is an excellent tool for our needs. Most of all, I like: streamlined approval workflow. It`s really good to have a place where you can create purchase requests from catalogs in 2-3 minutes. Customer Support Team helped us with each step of implementation.

What do you like best about Precoro? Procurement processes with Excel occasionally resulted in delays and issues with suppliers. Precoro helped us avoid delays and problems as there is tracking and everything is under control in 1 system. process is much more straightforward than was before.

What do you like best about Precoro? Our team leaders are happy to have an overview on the budget and having the report information available in 1 system. The CFO can see the balance of profit and loss and then make a consolidation according to these data. In addition, it’s super easy when you see an email that there's something you need to approve, and can do this from everywhere.
