What do you like best about Precoro? It's basic and easy to use and understand. Everything can be changed and revised if needed. It can send information to whom you choose, including the vendor.

What do you like best about Precoro? My favourite part about using Precoro was that it offered a lot of transparency in the organisation spendings through detailed visual representation. I like that to provide transparency it bundles together all the information about purchases orders made, the person who approved it, visual analytics on departmental spendings, amounts among other information and all the detailed information is found in one place.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Precoro is a perfect all in one digital solution, that allows us to modernize our procurement process. It is very user-friendly and reliable, what is more, it will definitely save your time. We absolutely forgot about paperwork and enjoy our modern way to create new POs or requests. Precoro has a team of professionals, who are ready to help you any time you need.

"Great software to start spend management/purchasing process in company and automize it!"
What do you like best about Precoro? Everything. We were using Precoro internally for a quite long time. It's great for inner spend management, reports, understanding amounts spent, who among departments spent most and how to optimize costs. Everything on hand.

"Good Approval Workflows"
What do you like best about Precoro? Precoro has a highly customizable Approval Workflow, which is a feature that QBO decided to omit. You can customize the workflow to route to different approvers based on the employee who submitted the PO, PO Value, or QBO Class.

"Easy to implement and fits our needs"
What do you like best about Precoro? The onboarding process was very smooth. Our CS manager helped us with configurations and setting up workflows. We had a lot of data to transfer, but it was done quickly with the help of data import. We already see some significant improvements in our process as opposed to paper requisitions and approvals.

"Recommend it"
What do you like best about Precoro? One of the problems we had faced was approvals through Slack, which wasn't transparent and convenient enough. Now we can open a purchase order in Precoro, send it for the approval of the Head of the department, then automatically forward it for CFO's approval and ultimately for the CEO's approval. Setting up a consistent process in settings is perfect!

"Precoro made our job much easier."
What do you like best about Precoro? Just one click and all your receivable information and everything is there. Furthermore, the paper doesn’t have to be on your desk or an Excel file because it’s all there in Precoro. Giving a tool where we can request and manage budgets means that our company is taking the proper steps to help improve the process. Most of all, I like that the system allows us to set budgets for projects, categories and other fields.
