I recommend Precoro
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Intuitive UI and UX, easy order tracking and reordering, great customer support! I like that the PO goes directly to the supplier upon approval without any troubles. It cuts down on the times that it takes to get a PR approved. Updates are frequent and they add really good functionalities.

What do you like best about Precoro? We used Quickbooks Desktop for accounting but didn't use POs because we didn't want to buy more QBD licenses for users who will only create POs. But last year we decided to implement a separate tool to manage POs and approvals in one place. Precoro allows the ability to order tracking and delivery updates. They have the best in speed and effective UI for engaging software.

Really good
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With the Precoro team's help, we established a PR-PO creation and approval system from the beginning. The search function is great for finding other users' PO's. Easy to learn and use, the features we need are built-in. We used a convoluted excel based system and now we have an organized procurement department! CSM Olenka works her job really well, she helped us with all questions.

"Really good for making quick and easy POs"
What do you like best about Precoro? We like much flexibility in assigning roles. We can set limits on who can change suppliers' info, which is perfect! The search function is great for finding other users' PO's.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We have solved many issues we had: missing documents, wrong orders, and delayed purchases. Integration with QuickBooks simplifies the process of adding vendors, bills, etc. to the new system.
