What do you like best? Prompt attention to questions and issues. The friendly, helpful personalities of the team. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind that I dislike. THe time difference but its not really an issue What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data capture. Company is able to track contact terms and dates which we have at hand via the data capture by Pramata.

What do you like best about Pramata? I really like (and rely) on the email reminders – it’s nice to have them pop-up in my email rather than having to go to the Pramata platform to access them. What do you dislike about Pramata? While I appreciate that the customer success team has monthly meetings with me, it’s just overkill. They can just send me the PDF and meet as needed.
