What do you like best about PractiTest? Graphical reporting is very useful. Reporting of testing is almost instantaneous with the customisable dashboards. Integration with automation test results through the API is also very useful. Jira integration seamless after you set it up. Easy to clone test sets and re-run. What do you dislike about PractiTest? "It's a very well-thought out workflow that allows for high customization and dashboard data"

What do you like best about PractiTest? it's database-oriented which allows for less clutter and more data intensive dashboard views. I love how much customization is allowed and the features were quick to grasp and learn. The customer service is very responsive and they do care about all their customers. What do you like best about PractiTest? Filters, fast UI and Online Chat support which is great / perfect for people who are new to the tool as this would help them transition, I wish all the test management tools had this feature. What do you like best about PractiTest? I like the ease of use for test case update pushes to library during a test run when needed. Linking between requirements, test library and test runs is good. Pie chart to show realtime updates is good. What do you dislike about PractiTest? Communication when Production upgrades are happening is not good.
