Powtoon has to be one of the most amazing video makers, making their support team even awesome. When I was having an issue, the support team resolved the matter within hours while addressing it with kindness. Powtoon cares about your experience and security too. With all websites having a few glitches to fix, Powtoon really has made it much better over three years. I would totally recommend it to all students, educators, and advertisers!

Happy with service but a 2 day wait
Hi I'm happy Powtoon resolved this matter although it took nearly 3 days. It would be good to have the option of a priority service over the phone please.
