my powtoons didn't load and I couldn't edit them. Daniel from the help staff answered my call ~3 hours after I opened it and gave the needed instructions to solve the issue. Kudos!

I’m not happy with Powtoon website much…
I’m not happy with Powtoon website much because my video disappeared in the last minute before my presentation,and I already paid for update premium $120 but it was helped me anything. So that, i asked for refund payment, but I’m very happy with customer service of Powtoon, they answered my email all the time, and very glass to help And solve problem as well. Thanks for that, i hope i can receive my refund payment as soon as possible.

wonderful platform managed by wonderful people
I don't use powtoon very often. but whenever I need it, the platform serves me 100%. I recently needed to use powtoon for a short job and signed for just 1 month. But I forgot to cancel the subscription and I was automatically charged. This was not a problem, as the powtoon team answered me quickly, canceling the subscription and returning the charge. I would like to thank you immensely for the correct way to treat your customers, even those who rarely use the platform. congratulations!
