Awesome Customer Service!
Emailed Powtoon Support and their response was very fast, detailed and accommodating. They would include links to tutorials and would personally go through my Powtoons to answer each question. One time, I ran into errors converting my Powtoons, and I emailed them expecting to get back a few tips on how to prevent these errors. Instead, they went ahead and converted all my Powtoons for me! Very impressive service.

Amazing Support!
Had an issue getting to an old presentation I made three years ago, among other things. Powtoon support got back to me quickly and even helped me out with things I didn't know I needed help with over a two-day span. Amazing!

The best video creator tool ever!
After using different tools to creat my own videos and my clients', I finally found the best platform ever: Powtoon. I love the amazing templates and the easy-to-use interface. Powtoon offers lot of possibilities to enrich my clients' business videos and my own personal ones, too. I also use it with my students at class and they all find it great!

Awesome
I had problems with responsiveness in my Powtoon. There were delays after every click. Powtoon PLAY was not working. The team guided me with a few mails and steps that I checked, one at a time. The problem was resolved to my liking. The Support team was wonderful..

Turned a negative experience positive
Powtoon turned a negative experience into a positive. I accidentally published/exported a video I was still working on and they were able to credit one of my exports as a courtesy. Other than that customer experience, the studio is pretty intuitive and there’s a good amount you can get done with the paid versions. Happy with Powtoon and I’ve already recommended to other entrepreneurs.

Great program
Great program, a bit glitchy at times (which is to be expected with video) but the help desk is very fast, polite and efficient. They actually get the job done unlike other video editing software support.
